Patsy Burn - Voice - Acting - Singing

Patsy Burn is a Vocal Coach, Actor and Singer currently living and working in Twickenham as a Drama Lecturer at St Mary's University College.
 
Patsy was trained at the University of Northumbria in Drama and Community Arts before completing her MA in Voice Studies at Central School of Speech and Drama (CSSD)in 2006. During this course she worked at East 15 and CSSD teaching Voice and Drama.
 
Patsy has worked at various educational establishments teaching Voice in Performance including the St Mary's University, University of Northumbria, The Sage Gateshead, Live Academy, Newcastle College, Sunderland College, Sage Academy, Byker and various secondary schools.  
 
She has also been working closely with schools and Learning Education Authorities to create and facilitate teacher training packages in using Voice in the classroom, and she is part of the Vocal Adisory team for 'Vocal Points' a project in conjunction with The Sage Gateshead and 'Sing Up', the Music Manifesto National Singing Programme. This international project is a designed to raise awareness of Voice practises across vocal disciplines e.g. singers, actors, speech therapists etc.  
 
Patsy also teaches Voice and Singing privately for exams or just for pleasure.
 
Her work stretches across many different mediums and institutions, looking for different ways to explore and develop her vocal work; through facilitation, acting and singing.
